The working terms for using ShipWorldWides services.
These terms describe how customers use ShipWorldWides websites, accounts, quote tools, fulfillment workflows, warehouse support and cross-border logistics services.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity submitted through your account or authorized team members. Information provided to ShipWorldWides must be accurate, current and lawful.
We may suspend access if account activity creates security risk, violates these terms or interferes with reliable service operations.
Services and instructions
ShipWorldWides may provide fulfillment, warehousing, sourcing coordination, dropshipping support, FBA preparation, value added services, shipping planning and related logistics work. Each project depends on the product profile, SKU data, carton information, destination market, service availability and written instructions provided by the customer.
- Warehouse work begins after goods and required instructions are received.
- Shipping timelines are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing.
- Carrier, customs or marketplace decisions may affect delivery timing and cost.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must ensure products, recipient data, shipment declarations, marketplace requirements, labeling instructions and destination rules are accurate and compliant. Restricted, unsafe, counterfeit or prohibited goods may be refused, delayed, returned or handled according to legal and carrier requirements.
You confirm that you have the right to provide order, recipient and product data needed for the requested logistics work.
Fees, quotes and exceptions
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of review. Final costs may change due to actual weight, dimensions, storage duration, destination, customs requirements, carrier adjustments, failed delivery, returns, repacking, special handling or incomplete information.
Additional charges may apply when instructions change after work begins or when goods require extra handling beyond the agreed scope.
Limitations and changes
ShipWorldWides is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate customer information, customs actions, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, destination restrictions, marketplace policy changes or third-party systems outside our control.
We may update these terms as services, regulations or operational requirements change. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
